HOW LONG BEFORE I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Only Crits orders take 2-5 days to process. Once your order has been processed, you'll receive your tracking number via email or text. Check out our Shipping Policy for more details.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier’s website. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 5 days, feel free to contact us!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY DICE TO ARRIVE?
Delivery times vary, but you can expect your order to arrive within 4-8 business days. For more details, refer to our Shipping Policy.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with your local post office. If it’s still missing, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help.
CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

ARE YOUR DICE BALANCED?
Our dice are balanced for casual and most tabletop gaming needs. If you require 100% precision-balanced dice for professional or high-stakes play, our dice may not be the right fit for you.
WHAT MATERIALS ARE YOUR DICE MADE FROM?
We offer dice in a variety of materials, including resin, acrylic, metal (Nickel Alloy), and real gemstone! Feel free to send an email if you're unsure about a certain set!
WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY DICE?
- Resin Dice: Store them in a padded case to prevent scratches.
- Metal Dice: Roll them on a soft surface like a dice tray to protect your table (and your dice!).
- Gemstone Dice: These are fragile, roll them gently on a dice tray and store them in a secure, padded case.
